The Agency shall provide creative services to the Client as specified in the proposal, estimate, or contract. The Agency will strive to provide the services promptly and professionally, adhering to industry best practices.
If there are any billing errors, failure to meet your specific design requirements, or inability to complete your design order according to our delivery policy, we will refund the full amount of your design order.
If you are dissatisfied with any design services provided by Clicky Digital, you have the option to submit a refund request within five days of the completion of your initial designs. However, if we do not receive a refund request within five days of the initial design delivery, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the designs. This refund policy applies to both single-design packages and special/combo packages.

After the refund is processed, Clicky Digital will obtain the design rights, and you will no longer have the right (direct or indirect) to display any version of the design provided by our company. It is important to note that you will not retain any ownership or usage rights to the design or its content.
In collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies, Clicky Digital will share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs, ensuring that they cannot be reused as original designs in the future.
